Frequently Asked Questions about Volunteering at the Habitat ReStore
Minimum volunteer age is 14. All volunteers under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian present, and all volunteers under 19 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

You will receive instructions prior to your shift about where to meet. There may or may not be other volunteers at the same time as your shift. A Habitat staff member will guide you through the check-in process and get you started on projects.
No problem! If you feel uncomfortable with any task, let a staff member know. Someone can teach you, help you find another task, or answer any questions.
You can help as frequently as you want!
Both ReStore locations are open Monday-Saturday between 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

Yes, with some restrictions. If you are in need of Court Ordered Community Service hours, please complete the online Community Service form to verify eligibility. This is required prior to signing up for a shift.
